Professor Bogdan Ciszek, MD, PhD

Anatomist and neurosurgeon. Head of Department of Anatomy, Centre of Biostructure at the Medical University of Warsaw since 2006. In 2007–2009, he was Senior Assisting Neurosurgeon at the Neurosurgery Unit of Professor Jan Bogdanowicz Regional Children Hospital and Vice-president of the Polish Anatomical Society. Author and co-author of nearly 100 publications and 200 conference communications on anatomy, clinical anatomy and neurosurgery. Together with Professor Ryszard Aleksandrowicz, he co-authored the book “Clinical Anatomy of the head and neck” (PZWL 2008).
