Rafał Zagalak, MD PhD

In 1996 he obtained a degree in medicine and in 1999 in dentistry at the Poznań University of Medical Sciences. Actively working with the Department of Prosthodontics, he conducted research in the field of implant biomechanics, which culminated in a doctoral dissertation. In 2004 he was awarded the Rector of the Poznań University of Medical Sciences prize for scientific activity. He is the author of about 50 scientific publications in the field of implant dentistry and a member of scientific societies: OSIS, EDA and PSI. During the 15 years of cooperation with the Foundation of the Poznań University of Medical Sciences he held the medical director position responsible for research and development. Co-author of four Polish and European patents concerning implant applications. Owner of a private dental clinic Zagalak in Bydgoszcz.
